We produce dwelling houses using Scandinavian technologies. The houses are build of logs which diameter may be of 20 to 30 centimeters, depending on the purpose of a building. All work is carried out manually saving natural beauty of wood that way. We join corners using an old Scandinavian method. First log houses are constructed in our company’s premises, then unconstructed and transported to a place of building. Houses at the building plots are constructed in a few days and later we start arranging the inside. The price of such a house is from 1600 Lt for m². The exact price depends on a project of a house. It is highly dependent on the materials that are used for interior trim. Many people think when house walls are built there shouldn’t be any interior trim at once but it is only true up to the point. Our qualified workers evaluate house moves and take up interior trim leaving spaces between windows and doors. Customer chooses roof, floor coating, windows, doors and etc.
