For our production we use fir and pine log wood, which is grown in Lithuania. The wood is dried for about 2 years in natural outdoors conditions. The humidity of prepared constructional material is proportional to the relative air humidity. This means it is about 20 per cent.

We build a wooden house because:

• wood is ecologically clean material from renewing resources
• there are air-filled cells in wood composition that give this constructional material a special quality. In comparison with other constructional materials it is much less cold and heat permeable
• less energy is needed for heating of a wooden house and that saves time and money
• wood allows to keep air humidity that is best for health in houses
